With over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Howard is a proven executive with extensive strategic and operational experience in biopharmaceutical development and commercialization. He holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Chicago and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard University.
